Blairgowrie Golf Club (Rosemount)
Blairgowrie Golf Club was founded in 1889. It is situated at the foot of the Grampian Mountains amongst glorious pine, birch and heather. Today’s layout is a combination of two world renowned golf architect Dr Alister Mackenzie and James Braid so it has a pretty powerful pedigree.
Rosemount is a very pretty and majestic inland course. The crisp turf has a moorland feel to it with the fairways pitching and rolling through avenues of trees which provide a natural amphitheatre for a calm and peaceful round of golf. Fancy 36 holes? The club also have another 18-hole course called, The Landsdowne, designed by Peter Alliss.
A trip to Blairgowrie may offer an alternative experience to a trip from solely links golf.
