Royal Aberdeen is the eighth oldest golf club in the world. It is a traditional out and back links running along the shore of the North Sea and it is regarded by many as having the finest first nine holes in golf. It was the venue for the 2005 Senior British Open that was won by Tom Watson and it also hosted the 2014 Scottish Open won by Justin Rose. Royal Aberdeen is a traditional golf club requiring jacket and tie for the use of the lounge and dining room. It is a piece of golfing history that you would not want to miss.
