Muirfield (East Lothian)

Widely regarded as the best course on the Open Championship rota.  It is unlike any other links course, or any course that you are likely to play as its layout is unique – the front nine follows the perimeter of the course in a clockwise direction whereas the back nine follows an inner anti-clockwise loop.
